Please complete all fields in the form below to order your athlete's Fall Program Senior Ad.   Deadline for completed Senior Ads is February 16, 2024.   

NO ads will be accepted after this date.

NO refunds for purchased ads not submitted by deadline.

You must follow these steps to ensure your Senior will be included:

1. Completely fill out Senior Ad order form.

2. Select form of payment in the form. A full-page ad is $75, and a half-page ad is $50. If you choose Venmo, please send to @CHSAthleticBoosterClub with student's name in notes. Other forms of payment could be cash or check made out to CHS Athletic Booster Club and turned into the front office.

3. Email a Portrait (Vertical 8 x 10.5in full page or Horizontal 8 x 5 in half page) oriented ad in a high-resolution PDF no larger than 10 MB. KellerCentralABC@gmail.com
